How Strong Are You? | A Longevity & Performance Workshop
About this Event
How Strong Are You?
A Longevity & Performance Workshop
How strong—and capable—is your body really?
You may know your weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, or even your Heart Rate Variability. But when was the last time you actually tested what your body can do?
Join Trails to Health for a hands-on community workshop designed to help you discover where your body is strong, where it's vulnerable, and what to work on to improve your function for the years ahead.
This isn't a lecture.
You'll move, interact, test and learn.
You'll rotate through small-group performance stations with coaches, exploring areas such as:
- Strength
- Grip
- Core
- Mobility
- Balance
We'll test things you probably train—and a few you probably don't.
Along the way, you'll record your own results, learn why these areas matter for long-term physical function, and identify opportunities you can begin working on.
You'll leave with more than a score.
Our goal is for you to walk away with:
- Your personal performance results
- A better understanding of your strengths and vulnerabilities
- A simple roadmap for what to work on next
Whether you already lift and want to uncover your blind spots—or you've been thinking about strength and longevity but aren't sure where to start—this workshop is for you.
