How Do We Sustain? | A Community of Practice with sgMAN
About this Event
Work. Family. Relationships. Health. Responsibilities.
Many men are already carrying a lot.
Perhaps you’ve found yourself thinking:
- “I don’t have enough time.”
- “I don’t have enough energy.”
- “I need some space for myself.”
- “I already have too much on my plate.”
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
The question isn’t always how to do more.
Sometimes the better question is:
How do we sustain?
How do we keep showing up for ourselves, our loved ones, our work, and our communities without burning out?
This session marks the beginning of a new chapter for sgMAN.
After a season of Community of Learning sessions, we are introducing Community of Practice: a space where we don’t just talk about ideas, but explore how to put them into practice in ways that fit real life.
Together, we’ll explore questions such as:
- What are we trying to sustain?
- What is filling our plates?
- What keeps us going?
- What practical habits and support help us keep showing up?
This is a facilitated conversation where men can reflect, exchange perspectives, and learn from one another’s experiences.
Whether you’re navigating work, relationships, fatherhood, caregiving, or simply trying to find a healthier rhythm in life, you’re welcome to join us.
Come as you are.
There is no expectation to have the answers.
Only a willingness to explore the question together.
