In her role, she supports complex international programmes and helps organisations translate strategy into structured execution. Her work focuses on simplifying decision-making, aligning teams across functions, and ensuring projects move from concept to completion.

Working across both corporate leadership and entrepreneurship has given Verena a practical perspective on what actually helps ideas move forward.
