Join us for this amazing chance to taste some absolutely fantastic coffees from Dark Matter Coffee Roasters. You may have tasted some of their incredible coffees on our bar over the past few months, and this is a chance to learn more about the origins, profiles and processes of these coffees and more.

Dark Matter is a London-based coffee roaster that specialises in weird and wonderful coffees with big flavours and tasting notes that burst out of the cup.Their mission is to accelerate the UK’s adoption of high-level speciality coffee and get more people to appreciate the incredible work being done by farmers across the globe.

Thomas, the founder of Dark Matter, will take you through the cupping, and will answer any questions you may have. Thomas started Dark Matter after over 6 years working in speciality coffee in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Inspired by the greatest cafes and roasters in the world, he wanted to bring exceptional, light-roasted speciality coffee to a wider audience.

If you have not cupped coffee before, do not worry! We will take you through how it all works.

Your £5 entry will give you a drink of choice (canned or crafted by us) or an espresso of your choice from the cupping table.
