This is a true peer mastermind experience designed for ambitious women entrepreneurs who are ready to connect, power network, collaborate, and rise together.
It is also not a sit-and-listen to speakers all day conference.
The WISE WOMEN® Business Conference: Dream Bigger is two full days of peer masterminding for ambitious women business owners, where real challenges get put on the table... and worked through by women who are building businesses too.
You’ll rotate through small mastermind tables of 5-6 women throughout both days. Every woman brings something real to the table, a hiring decision, a revenue challenge, a marketing question, a leadership stretch, a strategy you want to talk through or get feedback from other women on, or an idea you need fresh eyes on and outside perspective.
You get to ask you questions or talk about your ideas, then the group engages. Ideas flow. New perspectives come in. Your questions are answered. And you leave with more clarity, confidence, and direction than you walked in with.
As part of your peer masermind expereince, you’ll have the opportunity to talk through your business with WISE WOMEN ELITE members, experienced women business owners and high-level industry experts who are there to share insight, offer perspective, and help you think through your next best moves.
In between mastermind Power Circles, you attend breakout workshops on topics including AI and tech for your business, meximizing profit, leadership for high-achieving women, making ADHD your genius, setting up legal and financial foundations in your business, and more.
This is the closest thing to a two-day board of advisors for your business you may ever experience. And it's worth it's weight in gold.
