Welcome to The Depth of the Dram: Tasting Series No. 2 – TamdhuA deep dive into the soul of sherry-cask Scotch.

This exclusive tasting isn’t for the casual sipper—it’s crafted for those who crave bold drams, behind-the-scenes stories, and the rich history behind every bottle.

Founded in 1897 along the River Spey, Tamdhu is a distillery that does one thing—and does it exceptionally: 100% Oloroso sherry cask maturation. Always. From cask selection to final bottling, every drop is steeped in heritage, aged in hand-selected Spanish oak, and bottled with an unwavering commitment to sherried excellence.

Led by Gordon Dallas, Tamdhu’s Brand Ambassador (flying in from Scotland for one night only), guests will explore a curated flight of fine and rare expressions:

• Tamdhu 12 Year Old – Elegant and approachable with stewed apples, cinnamon, and soft sherry spice.
• Tamdhu 15 Year Old – Rich and complex with dried fruits, toasted almonds, and citrus zest.
• Tamdhu 18 Year Old – Bold and luxurious—dark chocolate, dates, and orange peel in perfect balance.
• Tamdhu 21 Year Old – Rare and deeply layered, offering fig jam, antique leather, warm spice, and long-lasting sherry richness. ( Not Available in store just yet)
