About this Event

🏅 House Concepts Winter Games 🏅

Push your limits, team up, and compete in our Olympic-style circuit challenge! Are you ready to go for gold?

Date & Time: Saturday, Feb 7 starting at 2:00pm
Location: House Concepts (#701-1431 Continental Street)
Cost: $80 per team (includes all 4 team members)

Event Schedule:

Heat 1 – 2:00 PM: Women’s Only
Heat 2 – 2:30 PM: Men’s Only
Heat 3 – 3:00 PM: Co-Ed
Heat 4 – 3:30 PM: Co-Ed

Arrival: Please arrive 30 minutes before your heat to check in and get ready.

How It Works:

Teams of 4 participants compete through 4 Olympic-style circuits
Spend 10 minutes at each station to accumulate your team's max score
5-minute breaks between circuits to reset and strategize
2 coaches per team will support and guide you throughout the challenge

What to Bring:

Circiut #1: Sled Push + Barbell Back Squat
Circuit #2: Rower + Barbell Chest Press
Circuit #3: Ski-Erg + Barbell High Pull
Circuit #4: Dumbbell Bench Step-over + Box Jump over
