The event will take place on Goodwin University Campus at their 3 Pent Road building. Please note that check-in & breakfast start at 8am - but the program will not begin until 9am. See directions & parking instructions below.

• 8am - 9am: check-in & continental breakfast
• 9am - 10am: CCAPA chapter meeting & updates
• 10am - 11am: annual legal update (plus q&a)
• 11am - 11:15am: break!
• 11:15am - 12:15pm: legislative front- issues and topics from 2026 CGA session & looking ahead
• 12:15pm - 12:45pm: chapter awards ceremony
• 12:45pm - 1:30pm: lunch (catered)
• 1:30pm-2:30pm: middle housing - what is it, how to regulate it, how to build it
• 2:30pm -2:45pm: break!
• 2:45pm - 3:45pm: AICP ethics session

Directions & Parking: https://www.goodwin.edu/about/directions (on the right side). If coming from the main campus, pass the fallen star, continue to final stop sign and turn right into the parking lot. Main entrance is across from the construction site.
