Hot Stone Candlelight Restorative Yoga is a deeply restful practice designed to invite the body into complete support, stillness, and ease.
Yoga Kawa’s Hot Stone Candlelight Restorative Yoga is a deeply restful practice designed to invite the body into complete support, stillness, and ease.
Restorative Yoga uses bolsters, blankets, and blocks to comfortably support the body in restful postures held for extended periods. With little muscular effort required, the practice creates space to slow down, soften physical tension, and settle into deep relaxation.
Soft candlelight transforms the room into a quiet sanctuary away from the pace and stimulation of everyday life. From November through February, gently warmed stones add comforting warmth to this soothing experience.
This is a practice of receiving rather than achieving—an opportunity to rest without expectation, reconnect with yourself, and simply be.
Every session opens with one minute of stillness and ends with three minutes of gentle breathwork in Savasana, sealing your practice with centred calm and quiet awareness.
Hot stone during supported child pose, twists, knee to chest, pigeon, leg to wall, savasana.
