Hot Pilates & Devotional Flow

Get ready for a high-energy, soul-nourishing session designed for all levels.

We'll sweat together in a 95*F heated room, blending deep core strengthening with a deeply spiritual devotional to help us focus!

What's Included :

What to Know Before You Go:

• Experience Level-Beginner friendly
• Gear: Must bring a Yoga Mat (separate from the yoga towel provided)
• Footwear: Grip socks or bare feet are required
• Studio will have yoga mats for rental for $5 if you do not have one
• Bring LOTS of water
