Sonic Sculpt is an intentionally curated wellness experience to bring together movement, mindfulness, and community in one inspiring morning. Guests will enjoy an all-levels Pilates class followed by a restorative Sound Bath, creating space to recharge, reconnect, and support overall well-being.
The experience also includes access to a curated wellness marketplace featuring local wellness businesses, practitioners, artisans, and healthy food options available for purchase. Whether you’re looking to discover new wellness resources, connect with like-minded people, or simply take time for yourself, Sonic Sculpt offers an opportunity to slow down, feel supported, and leave feeling restored.
