HOT Monthlies: MENOPAUSE CARE with Planned Parenthood
About this Event
Peri/menopause comes with plenty of questions. Join Joan Miller from Planned Parenthood for an open, participatory workshop exploring common symptoms, hormone therapy, mental health, and practical ways to navigate this stage of life. This workshop combines evidence-based information with interactive learning, discussion, and opportunities to support one another. People of all genders experiencing peri/menopause are welcome.
The workshop includes evidence-based information relevant to a wide range of experiences, including the effects of gender-affirming hormone therapy on menopause.
Suggested donation: $25. Donations are collected through Eventbrite and will be given to Planned Parenthood. It is important to us that our events are accessible. Donations of any amount are appreciated, and you're welcome to attend regardless of your ability to contribute.

HOT Monthlies: Menopause Care with Planned Parenthood will be held at Austin Creative Alliance The Sanctuary, Room 323 (3rd floor). An elevator is available if needed. Parking is available in the parking lot behind the building, and access to the building is through the back entrance.
