It’s the third annual Turkey Trot at Healium HIIT on Thanksgiving! Thursday November 26th! Meet at 6:00am, run at 6:15am! All levels! FREE!
Attention early risers, holiday travelers and Thanksgiving hosts! If you’ve ever wanted to Turkey Trot but haven’t been able to find the time in the day, join us early on Thanksgiving morning for the first annual HOT HOT TROT, a non competitive 5k through Bay View.
Meet at Healium HIIT for the 5K! All runners who register in advance on MindBody will receive a FREE class pass (must use by 12/31/26). AND for those of you who want to TRIFECTA: run, attend a HIIT and a yoga class on Thanksgiving Day will be entered to win a FREE MONTH at ALL STUDIOS (yoga + HIIT). You must register in advance for all three and be checked in to class to be eligible. Space in classes is limited so sign up in advance (7 days or fewer).
The 5k is open to everyone. All fitness levels welcome! This is a free event but we would like you to sign up so that we may contact you if it is cancelled due to weather.
