Each week we start with a spicy warm up, leading into heels-specific drills before taking on a short peice of choreography.

Led by Rachel Green- dancer, choreographer and Pilates instructor. Rachel has worked for years teaching people of all ages, backgrounds and capabilities, empowering all to feel good in their bodies.
