Guided by Tracy Weber from Tranquil Journey, this yoga session will bring you out into nature to get grounded, stretch, strengthen, and connect.
As you follow Tracy’s lead, our herd of miniature horses will be roaming around you, grazing on their hay and grass. Enjoy their peaceful presence and the view of the land they roam as you stretch and strengthen your body in the fresh morning air.
