Let's meet and learn a rhythm and create our individual "Wellness Drumming" practices.
If the weather is bad...we will meet via ZOOM
BYOD - Bring your own hand-drum:
- frame drum, djembe, darbuka, cajon, riq/tambourine, etc. (any drum you enjoy playing with your hands)
