Start the day with a foraging walk in Regent's Park with Medical Herbalist and founder of Forage Botanicals, Natasha Richardson, giving you a chance to learn more about native plants and their hormone balancing properties, the Forage range and how herbs can help us day-to-day.

YOUR GUIDE, NATASHA RICHARDSON

Natasha has a BSc (Hons) in herbal medicine and a master’s in the history of women’s medicine from The University of Oxford.

Having struggled with her menstrual health, followed by an unsuccessful search for proper treatment, Natasha applied her scientific knowledge to create her herbal remedies.

Today, Forage Botanicals offers natural products expertly made by her, personalised 1:1 treatment plans, and online courses for empowering menstrual education, menopause, and more.
