About this Event

Hormonal imbalances, stress and lifestyle can influence menopause at all stages. At this class, you'll learn natural interventions to support your body, reduce symptoms and improve your overall quality of life for years to come. This class is for people of all ages who are interested in taking a holistic approach to wellness using nutrition and herbal medicine.

This in person workshop will be hosted in the cafe area of Weavers Way Ambler on September 24th from 6:30-7:30pm.

All attendees will receive a coupon to shop at the co-op after the workshop.
