Held in our Zephyr's room in Sherwood Community Centre.
Come along and find a supportive chance to chat to others, to share in how you're doing and feeling, as well as take an opportunity to gently connect to yours or your partner's pregnancy...

Sessions can include birth planning, creative activities, relaxation techniques, mindfulness, yoga, and managing anxiety.
