The Hoffman Estates Charitable Foundation is hosting the Third Annual Hope Fore Hoffman golf outing on Wednesday, July 22 at Bridges of Poplar Creek Country Club, with a shotgun start at 10 a.m. Proceeds from this event will benefit the Health and Human Services Department's Self-Help Fund, which supports residents facing unexpected hardships, helping with essentials such as medical expenses, groceries, emergency housing needs, utilities, and more.
