Endeavor Health NorthShore Associate Board Golf Outing

The Associate Board Endeavor Health NorthShore Hospitals invites our community to participate in our second annual Golf Outing on Saturday, July 25th at the Bridges of Poplar Creek in Hoffman Estates, IL.
The format is a Co-Ed Shotgun with teams of four. This was a fun mixed group event last year and we’re on target to double our attendance this year. $150 per ticket, $600 per team.
Your ticket comes with range balls before hand, greens fee, a cart, a gift, a meal, and the chance of winning a prize from our donors.
Proceeds will go towards the efforts of the associate board for Endeavor Health NorthShore hospitals.
