If you're navigating the pain of loss, you don't have to do it alone. Join our Grief Support Group, led by a certified grief educator, where we’ll explore healing through the book “It’s OK That I’m Not OK” and incorporate grief movement to help release and process emotions. This group offers a safe, supportive space to share, connect, and find comfort with others who understand. Wherever you are in your journey, you're welcome to join us as we move toward healing together.If you’re navigating grief, you’re not alone. We invite you to walk alongside others on a journey toward hope, beginning Thursday, March 12, at 10:00 AM in Room 311. This 8-week journey runs through April 30.
