Hope Briggs has graced opera houses and concert halls around the world as well as around the Bay area. She was featured as the voice of Emma Hyers in the PBS documentary ‘Voices for Freedom- the Hyers Sisters Legacy.’ Ms. Briggs will be joined by pianist Robert Mollicone in a special MLK celebration program that celebrates the legacy of African American Divas of the past and a program with fresh approaches to traditional spirituals and art songs.
