Integrating faith and mental health participants will build authentic c nnections with individuals experiencing all types of losses, trauma and caregiving. Using creative

expressions participants will learn coping and resilience building skills to foster joy and optimal well-being in a restorative space. HOPE AGAIN will include guest speakers, panel, inspirational music, fun activities, giveaways and FREE LUNCH for teens and adults!
