Ho'oponopono and Sound Bath

Join us for an afternoon centered on restoring harmony within yourself and easing the nervous system.

We’ll begin with a Ho‘oponopono practice that practice that helps you approach forgiveness, compassion, and letting go in a grounded, accessible way. This process supports emotional clarity and a genuine sense of release.

Then, settle into a restorative sound bath with crystal and bronze bowls and soft chimes to support deep rest and inner steadiness.

To help you settle in and stay comfortable for the full experience, please bring anything that helps you feel warm and supported, such as:

• A yoga mat or cushioned surface to lie on
• A blanket or two
• A pillow for head/neck support
• An eye mask (optional but lovely)
• Warm socks or cozy layers
• Water
