Info: Meet up with your Hosts from HOOKintoHEALTH, Jennifer, and from CampBum, Trevor. Jennifer is a nutrition coach and fitness enthusiast branching into wellness programs in collaboration with Trevor and his hiking group.

Info: This is a 2.8 mile out and back trail. We will stop at the reservoir for a quick break and pictures. The entire point of the hike is for heart healthy exercise designed to a low enough threshold to also enjoy each others company. At HOOKintoHEALTH and CampBum, alike, we believe that community engagement centered around natural settings is paramount.
