🎉 Hoodoo Blues Dance Night! 🎉Join us for a fantastic night of blues dancing! Whether you're new to blues or have been dancing for a while, this is the perfect place to enjoy great music, dance, and social connection. Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience level!
🕖 Schedule:
Doors Open: 7:15 PM
Dance Class: 7:30 PM (1-hour class, all levels)
Social Dancing: 8:30 PM - Midnight
🩰 What is Blues Dancing? Blues dancing developed alongside blues music. It’s a relaxed, improvised partner dance with roots in African-American culture. It's all about connection, creativity, and the joy of movement. Check out this example:
🎶 Why Dance? We dance because it’s fun, social, and great for the heart and mind! Come for the class, stay for the incredible social dance where you can meet new people and enjoy the music.
📍 Location: Find us upstairs at The Globe, just a short walk from Newcastle Train Station.

By Public Transport: Close to Newcastle Train Station.
By Car: There is some free street parking close to the venue as well as car parks nearby (Times Square, covered carpark, NE1 4AD).
To guarantee your spot, please book in advance.
💵 Cost:
We have a limited number of "Free first time" if you are new to blues and pre-book.
Class + Social: £10
Social Only: £10/£7.50
