Date & Time: 10-4pm Saturday 17th JanuaryLocation: Ymca Lytham, Mythop Road, Lytham St Annes, FY8 4HB.
Cost: £70 includes materials (up to 2metres of fabric) paper pattern & equipment
What you will learn & make:
How to measuring yourself or others, the best way to cut stretch fabrics using rotary cutters, how to use various stretch stitches to create seams, attaching sleeves, attach kangaroo pocket, make & attach cuffs & bottom band, how to position & attach a lined hood
The timings of this workshop should enable you to complete the sweatshirt (but the hoodie may require an additional social sew session) within the session but each person will work at a different pace so please be aware you may have tasks to complete after the session finishes.
Who is this suitable for: Over 16's- Confident beginner- This workshop doesn't require you to have any existing dressmaking knowledge but you must be able to confidently use a sewing machine.
