HONOURING YOUR BEING – A CIRCLE OF SELF DISCOVERY
The power of change is always within you.
I am excited to share my next 4 week Circle held in Matamata.
Conversations and learning that include:
- Determining your Worth
- Values and Boundaries
- Your Inner Wise Self
- Potency and Potential plus much more
If you'd like to make some changes going forward then this is the place & space to make things happen. The group number is small for maximum learning & sharing. Seven people is the maximum.
I’m all about you feeling safe enough to share in a confidential environment.
Commitment to the 4 weeks is super important as this creates the container and energy of the group…i.e. one week leads into the next.
Exchange is $30 per night.
If this $$ exchange excludes you from joining this group in any way please message me….there is always another way through.
Since the beginning of life itself women have shared with women…sat in Circle not only to learn and be more empowered but to hold space for others as they too learn and become more empowered.
When we sit in Circle we allow our BE-ing the opportunity to connect to our inner wisdom and guidance and when we leave such an empowering, nurturing place our families and friends reap the benefits as well plus there are tools to learn that can be implemented into everyday life. Our mind, body and soul have harmony.
It's not strict teaching each week this is an evolving process so you get to step into your own power each week. To see what unfolds in a safe and confidential space.
Often we know we're right for what we want and say, but all too often we haven't been heard or don't know where to start. The great part of being in a small group is finding that you're not weird or whacky and that hearing yourself speak paves the way for so much more. Plus if there’s been a feeling of isolation then coming together with like minded woman often paves the way for new friendships too.
My groups are based on people being heard and validated in a world where so often women put themselves last but know (within) they want something more.
The ‘container’ created is a space of safety and confidentiality ALWAYS.
