Join mother-daughter duo, Lisa and Lexi Milich from The Inspired Revolution for an intimate half-day retreat designed for women.

Together, we'll explore the feminine legacy we carry, honor what has shaped us, release what no longer belongs to us, and consciously choose what we want to carry forward.

This is a creative, embodied afternoon of reflection, connection and self-discovery on the ranch, surrounded by nature, and in the grounding presence of our horses.

Throughout the afternoon, we’ll create space to slow down, breathe, notice and reconnect with ourselves, with one another, with nature and with the quiet wisdom of simply being present.

No horse experience is necessary. The horses are part of the environment and experience, offering a natural invitation into presence, connection and embodied awareness.

Through guided reflection, expressive arts, meaningful conversation, journaling, embodiment practices, an empowerment card experience, you'll be invited to:

• REMEMBER the women, stories, strengths and wisdom that shaped you.
• RELEASE expectations, patterns and beliefs you no longer wish to carry.
• RECLAIM the gifts, values and possibilities that are uniquely yours.
• EMPOWER the inner wisdom and qualities you are ready to embody.
• WITNESS and be witnessed by other women.

And don't worry—you don't have to consider yourself “artistic.” The creative experiences are simple invitations to explore, reflect and express. There is no right or wrong way to create, and no artistic experience is needed.

This isn't about rewriting the past. It's about honoring where you've come from while choosing what comes next.
