This 5-hour experience is dedicated to those we love, offering a sacred space to move from suffering into honoring with compassion, gratitude, and creativity. Through reflection, community, and art, participants will find new ways to connect with their loved ones while cultivating peace and meaning in their own lives.

From Suffering to Honoring with Love – with Ligia M. HoubenIn this session, Ligia will guide you through the journey of shifting your pain into love. Rather than staying in the heaviness of loss, you will discover how to honor your loved one in ways that uplift your heart and allow love to become the legacy. Through reflection and guided exercises, you’ll have the opportunity to transform your suffering into a meaningful tribute.

Elevating Through Gratitude After Loss – with Julie TarazonaThis session explores how practicing gratitude can be a transformative tool for emotional healing and personal growth after the death of a loved one. Participants will learn how shifting focus toward gratitude fosters resilience, honors their loved ones meaningfully, and helps elevate their mindset and spirit during grief.

Through practical strategies and reflection exercises, this session empowers attendees to find light in the midst of loss and continue evolving with love and purpose.

Honoring You: Healing Through Art – with Lida B. BichelAn artistic journey honoring ourselves and our loved ones. We will be using watercolor paints with a wet-on-wet technique that allows us to experience different gradations of light. Each participant will be guided to slowly create an ambiance on the page conducive to a contemplative experience. There will be time for silence to allow the colors to do their magic, as they penetrate deep parts of us, aiming to obtain a sense of balance and peace. There will also be opportunities for self-expression to emerge as you are guided to take ownership of the artistic work being created. No artistic experience is expected—only the willingness to explore.

Together, these sessions weave a tapestry of reflection, gratitude, and creativity, helping participants transform suffering into honoring and honoring into love.
