About this Event
Honoring Stillness: Embodied Movement, Guided Meditation, Sound Healing, and New Year Intention
In this 2-hour gathering, we will embrace the grounding qualities of Earth and Water elements, allowing ourselves time to slow down and nourish our bodies and minds as we prepare for the arrival of spring.
Through embodied movement and calming pranayama, we will quiet the mind and invoke stillness with guided meditation and OM chanting. The session concludes with rejuvenating rest, sound healing, and time for reflection and journaling, gently setting the groundwork for the arrival of spring.
What to expect:
🌿 Gentle Asanas & Embodied Movement to reconnect with the Earth and Water elements.
🌬️ Breathing Practices to calm and center the mind.
🧘 Guided Meditation & OM Chanting to access the stillness within.
🎶 Sound Healing & Restorative Relaxation to rejuvenate the body and spirit.
✍️ Journaling & Intention Setting to create space for new beginnings.
This heartfelt experience is an opportunity to honor the current season and prepare fertile ground for what lies ahead. Embrace stillness, align with the rhythms of nature, and set meaningful intentions for the New Year.

When: Saturday, 18th January 2025 at 4 PM - 6 PM
Where: Fort Canning Park, Fort Gate (in case of rain, the event will be moved to a studio in Little India)
