Yin Yoga - Gateway to meditation

Join us for a practice that guides the body into the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing rejuvenation and deep healing to take place. Leave the class feeling grounded, calmed and revitalised, lessening the mind-chatter and stressfulness of everyday life.

Every Tuesday, 7.30 pm to 8.45 pm for 10 sessions.

19/11/24, 26/11/24, 3/12/24, 10/12/24, 17/12/24, 7/1/25, 14/1/25, 21/1/25, 4/2/25, 18/2/25

* no classes on the 24/12/24, 31/12/24, 28/1/25 CNY first day, 11/2/25 15th day CNY

Bring your own yoga mat and come in loose comfy clothes.

All will be hybrid sessions.
