This evening offers a gentle introduction to Nonviolent Communication (NVC) —also known as Compassionate Communication or Girafsprog in Danish.
Together we'll explore the foundations of this powerful practice, learning how to recognise our feelings and needs, communicate with greater clarity and honesty, and cultivate deeper understanding in our relationships.
Alongside the NVC framework, we'll include a selection of Authentic Relating exercises, creating opportunities to experience these principles through direct human connection rather than theory alone.
Whether you're completely new to NVC or simply wish to refresh your practice, you're warmly welcome.
No previous experience is needed.
