About this Event
Dearfield, CO was an all Black settlement in the early 1900s and is now a ghost town. Where was it? Why was it built? Who lived there? What happened to it and what is left of it now? We will use primary sources answer these questions and more.
Aurora History Museum's 2-hour Homeschool program is aimed at students ages 5-12. Each month will have a new theme with several educational opportunities for students. Work with museum professionals and educators to expand on your homeschool curriculum.
