About this Event
Have you always wanted to know how to make the perfect pasta dough at home and how to fill, shape, and serve delicious handmade pasta?
Then our pasta cooking class is just right for you: we’ll guide you through preparing Tortellini, Ravioli, and Tagliatelle, complemented by delicious sauces, appetizers, and desserts.
Here’s what’s on the menu:
- Starter: One big spinach-ricotta Raviolo with a runny egg yolk at the centre
- Pasta: Farfalle with pesto, Tagliolini with tomato sauce, Tortellini with butter
- Dessert: Tiramisu mousse
In our pasta cooking class, you'll learn:
Which ingredients and spices are used to create delicious pasta dishes. Under the guidance of our experienced pasta chefs, you’ll prepare classic pasta by hand. With valuable tips and tricks, you’ll be able to recreate these homemade delights in your own kitchen.
Together, we’ll answer questions like:
- Which ingredients go into the dough, and what do I need to keep in mind?
- How do I season fillings for tortellini, ravioli, and more?
- What’s important when shaping different pasta types?
- Which sauce pairs best with which pasta, and what ingredients are essential?
- Anything else you’ve always wanted to ask?

We make sure that our cooking classes not only result in delicious meals, but also align with our values. That’s why we use only fresh, high-quality, and sustainable ingredients, sourced primarily from regional organic producers. We work closely with local vendors and suppliers.
Course schedule:
We’ll start by welcoming you with a drink and an introduction to our studio32. After a brief overview of the ingredients and equipment needed to prepare, shape, and cook the pasta, we’ll get right to it! Using a variety of pasta types and recipes, we’ll explore the special techniques and finesse of pasta-making. Our mission is to equip you with skills, tricks, and knowledge to prepare a range of pasta dishes and their ideal companions. The focus is on hands-on experience, experimentation, and of course—tasting.
Naturally, after the work comes the reward: we’ll sit down together to enjoy the dishes we’ve prepared. With great drinks in hand, you can see for yourself just how delicious the starter, pasta, and dessert really are.
What’s included:
- 3–4 hour pasta cooking class at our lovely studio32
- An experienced pasta chef guiding you every step of the way
- All beverages (lemonades, soft drinks, beer, and wine)
- Great recipes and the know-how to recreate them at home
Please bring containers to take home any leftovers!
All listed dishes are part of the course concept. For each class, we put together a generous menu in advance, depending on product availability and quality. Please understand that due to the complexity of the recipes, not all dishes may be prepared during the course.
