Every Saturday, the Yin & Yang Club mixes breathwork, music, movement, and edgy polarity play.
It’s not a typical circle and not a dance class.
It’s a sober pre-party, a nervous system reboot, and a mini-rave for your soul.
Each session explores a different polarity:
wild vs controlled, rebellious vs responsible, flow vs focus, give vs receive, chaos vs structure…
Same ritual structure, different flavour every week.
