Hands down one of the best teachers you could ask for, not only taught us how to make the dish well, but also common mistakes and how to fix them instead of just wasting ingredients and starting over. Another great class with Chef Roger! He changes the menu each class for those of us that keep coming back! Today we made Beef Tortellini with Rosa Maria Sauce, Panzanell Salad and Chocolate Crepe Cake! It was all so good!
