In-person class: Classic Handmade Pasta (Houston)

There’s nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, and creating it yourself. Immerse yourself in the nostalgia that comes from making a delicious plate of pasta completely from scratch.
Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it into beautiful noodles, Pappardelle and use a pasta machine to make your Linguini. Guests will learn to make dough from scratch, as well as rolling it out and shaping it to create their picture perfect pasta. Served with a made from scratch Pesto sauce and served over your al dente cooked pasta and enjoy a delicious meal in a fun atmosphere. The best part is digging into your delicious pasta surrounded by your fellow classmates and newfound foodie friends.
No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who's happier observing and assisting.

The nature of our classes is set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking group. Classes are meant to be social in nature and some equipment can be shared across the class. Groups of 2 may be asked to share cooking stations with another group of two guests. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not permitted. 21+ please. There are multiple parking garages around the venue.
