Homecoming

The world premiere of Homecoming, a unique half-hour art documentary about life on the Bluff at Encounter Bay, presented at the iconic Victa Cinema as part of the 2026 Victor Harbor Winter Whale Festival.
Two years in the making, this is a collaboration between Adelaide born composer Matt Laing and videographer Denis Smith, with the original score performed live by Alison Rayner, Justin Julian and David Moran, three of Adelaide's finest string players. Before the screening, the string trio will perform a selection of music picked especially to compliment the film.
