This group is for families who are Home Educating and is for school aged children. Adults are required to stay on site and are encouraged to join in with activities.
Outdoor Learning activities are led by a qualified teacher with extensive experience of working with neurodiverse children, particularly using a nurture approach, as well as 30 years experience working in outdoor learning. These sessions aim to develop children's skills and build on knowledge of the natural world. Focused activities, from bushcraft to environmental sciences, to storytelling, are offered in each session but children are also welcome to explore and follow their own interests.
Wednesdays 1.00-2.30pm. Due to the success of our recent funded sessions, we are subsidising the cost of the tickets while we secure future funding. Parents/carers are required to stay with their child.
Places are limited so please book to avoid disappointment. We cannot refund tickets cancelled within 48 hours of the session.
