Holy Guacamole! is your passport to Mexico's most mouth-watering dishes – all made fresh by you in our interactive kitchen.Kick things off with Tortilla, Tacos and Amigos – a trio of crowd-pleasers that includes hearty chilli con carne, zingy guacamole, smoky chipotle black bean dip with coriander and cumin, Pico de Gallo bursting with fresh tomato, and a zesty Mexican black bean and corn salsa with green chilli and lime.
For mains, you'll skewer sundried tomato chicken espetada served with chilli and lime guacamole, sear a juicy thick-cut beef rump steak marinated in sweet paprika, jalapeño and lime, and craft ostrich burgers layered with rocket, gherkins and a tangy tomato, onion and herb relish. Round out your plate with Mexican coleslaw with beans and jalapeño, plus a vibrant Mexican chopped salad of lettuce, grilled baby corn, edamame, peppers and spicy pepita.
And because every fiesta needs something sweet, you'll finish with chocolate atole, a decadent Mexican hot chocolate pie that's pure indulgence.
