We would like to welcome you to join us for the first Autumn Women's Wellbeing session.

As we watch leaves flutter to the ground, we are reminded that natures cycles are mirrored in our lives. Autumn is a time for letting go and releasing things that have been a burden. The psychology of autumn is that of unavoidable change, SELF-CARE and preparations for the winter season.

The evening will begin with a short self-care journaling session, research suggests that it improves mental health, helps with achieving goals, boosts memory and much more. Chelsey, our fantastic pilates teacher will lead the next part, it will consist of a 50 minute mat Pilates to tone and sculpt the body. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned pilates goer this session will be designed for all levels and experience.

Then the amazing Lynda, will conduct a Quantum Healing session, The Quantum Healing session combines principles from quantum physics and holistic medicine. During the session Lynda will guide us into a relaxed state, through breath-work, meditation and visualisation techniques. She uses energy healing, chakra balancing, or intention setting to address physical, emotional, or spiritual imbalances. And provides profound transformations. The concept is rooted in the idea that a quantum level, everything is interconnected, and one's thoughts and intentions can influence your wellbeing. Lynda aim's to harness this interconnectedness to promote healing and balances within you.

We will then have the opportunity to together, to check in and talk together while eating a delicious light vegetarian meal. Come and escape the noise of the city and immerse yourself for 3 hours, investing in yourself for a better mind, body and soul.
