Joining together in a safe and sacred space to meet with like-minded women - a gathering offering empowering connection and a sense of belonging.
A time for your voice to be heard without interruption or judgement, and a time to listen and ‘hold space’ for one another.
Drawing upon an organic blend of guided meditation, crystals, sound and oracle cards we are able to tap into the subconscious thoughts and feelings - harnessing our inner strengths - reconnecting to the ‘real you’.
Through the ancient practise of sitting in circle we are able to reflect on life’s experiences, share our wisdom, and heal ourselves holistically in a heartwarming & nurturing space.
Feel free to bring a cosy blanket to make yourself snug (a mat too if you’d like), and your favourite mug for a warming drink
Circles are offered on the last Thursday of each month at the Crofthandy Village Hall (TR16 5JQ) from 7pm till 9pm, for an energy exchange of £10.
