Holiday Yoga and Hot Chocolate at Taza Chocolate

Kick off the holiday season at Taza Chocolate! Join Marena Sullivan and Taza Chocolate for a relaxing evening with all the things we love the most: yoga and chocolate! This event will include a 60-minute Slow Flow yoga class at 6:30pm followed by a tour of the Taza Chocolate Factory at 7:30pm.

Marena's class will focus on postures to nourish your nervous system during the chaotic holiday season. Her classes are designed to harness the power of the breath and still the mind through functional and flowing movements.

Post yoga, Taza will satisfy your sweet tooth with delicious chocolate samples and a 30-minute tour of the Taza Chocolate Factory. You'll be more than ready to tackle some of your holiday shopping list at the end of the tour at the Factory Store with a cup of hot chocolate in hand.

What to bring: A yoga mat + water bottle

Please try and arrive at least 15 minutes early to get set-up. All are welcome, no experience required.

Marena has been a dedicated student of yoga since 2017. The practice inspired her to become a yoga teacher in 2022 so she could share the beneficial physiological, mental, and spiritual effects of the practice with others. She has taught hundreds of Vinyasa yoga classes, among other styles of yoga. She has completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training and a 90 hour yoga philosophy course, among other yogic studies. With a BA in Psychology and a Master of Public Health, Marena is passionate about promoting individual and community health through the movement, breath, and mind-body awareness practiced in yoga.
