Swapped: "Swapping" Cookies + Mental Health Stories (Some Crafting Too!)

This event is an afternoon to reset and reconnect. The holidays are wonderful but also loaded with expectations and overwhelm for so many!! Come be in community and listen to speakers talk about their mental health journeys as well as participate in a cookie swap ** and craft (affirmation ornaments + gift bag decorating). The event is $10 to cover the cost of the space and materials.

The cookie swap is optional. If you would like to participate please bring three dozen cookies as well as a container to take your swapped cookies home!

The Green Room is AMAZING and it can be very hard to park, so please take public transportation if possible!
