Get ready for the holidays! Enjoy a performance of Julia Child (1912-2004). The iconic Le Cordon Bleu graduate has been recognized as one of the top chefs in American history thanks to her delightful down-to-earth personality and the impact she had on cookbooks & cooking shows. She will be featured at the History Center's Annual Holiday Tea, as brought to life by local performer Ruth Pangrace.You may have seen Ruth here at the History Center. She portrays twelve notable American women. “Sharing these stories with audiences of all ages is an exhilarating experience.”
Ruth taught language arts and social studies to students of all ages, preschool to grad school, over her 30 year career. She is now retired & also dabbled in Community Theater. Currently, she volunteers at The Hope Center for Refugees, working with newcomers who have a rich history of their own. Ruth lives in Rocky River, Ohio, has three grown children and three granddaughters, hopefully future women in history.
