Join Shelby for her 75-min Signature Vinyasa practice. She builds a flow through alignment, creative sequencing, and self-inquiry in an incremental and progressive approach to move you through your thinking mind into your feeling body.

Each practice works on stamina, strength, flexibility and endurance. This practice is breath activated, body-powered, heart-centered, and music driven to burn through the layers of the self and set yourself free.

This class gets warm. No external heat added through summer, just your natural heat and we open the door:)
