A stress-relieving sensory-infused Restorative practice with REIKI-assists will provide a full body and soul nourishing experience. A candlelight 75-min. practice led by Anastasia with healing Reiki assists provided by Reiki Practitioner Beth Schrager. A variety of roll-on essential oils (optional) will be available to attendees to use to amplify the sensory experience, if interested. Beth can provide expert-guidance on the oils available to help you make a choice. If you’d rather not use oils, you are guaranteed to benefit from the deeply relaxing practice assisted with Reiki energy therapy. No yoga experience is needed to attend ~ everyone is welcome!
