Holiday Honey Infusions: Sweet Gifts From The Hive

From The Bee Cozy Holiday Workshop Series
Celebrate the sweetness of the season with a hands-on workshop inspired by one of nature’s most timeless ingredients!
In this cozy holiday experience, you’ll learn how to transform pure honey into beautifully flavored infusions using warming spices, citrus, & herbs perfect for winter. From bright orange and clove to ginger, cinnamon, and thyme, we’ll explore flavor pairings that bring warmth and brightness to the colder months.
Guests will create TWO custom honey infusions- one to keep & one to gift- perfect for drizzling over biscuit, stirring into tea, pairing with cheese boards, or adding to a special holiday dish!
Just as people turn to warm flavors and comforting traditions in winter, honeybees rely on the honey they gathered to sustain the hive through the colder months. It’s a bee-autiful reminder that sweetness has long been part of how both nature and people prepare for a cozy winter.
